Can a private person send humanitarian aid from abroad through Nova Poshta Global?

According to official information from the State Customs Service of Ukraine on this link:

Humanitarian aid is NOT forwarded in international postal and express shipments.

We draw the attention of volunteers: all goods ordered abroad with delivery to Ukraine in international postal and express shipments are different from humanitarian assistance the procedure for passing, declaring, processing and are taxed in accordance with the law. Please take this information into account when planning purchases and calculating costs.

Regarding the omission of humanitarian aid, we remind you: according to the resolution of the CMU No. 174 dated 01.03.2022, he is carried out ONLY at the place of crossing the customs border of Ukraine, and is declared in an electronic form in paper form by the person who transports the relevant goods. Customs clearance of humanitarian aid not taxed by payments.
