Members of Charitable Foundations, NGOs, local authorities, members of the Armed Forces, territorial defense and the SES can use the Individual Assistance Program and receive a promo code for free delivery.
Businesses that contribute to restoring peace and improving the well-being of Ukrainians, can also use the Program for humanitarian aid delivery.
To receive a promo code/s, one needs to fill out a questionnaire, receive a promo code in return and provide the employee at the Nova poshta branch with the promo code number when paying for the delivery. The promo code covers the cost of delivery and additional packaging and storage services. The express invoice must meet the conditions of the delivery weight restriction of the promo code.
If the invoice does not meet the conditions of the code, it will not work. The promo code has a limited validity period, and is not possible to be used or replaced after its expiration. The promo code can be received no more than once a month.
The number of promo codes per month is limited.
Within a week after the promo code was used, one must provide the express invoice number, to which the promo code was applied and a photo report confirming the humanitarian goods delivery as a response to the letter granting the promo code.
If the report is not submitted within a week, future applications for a promo code from the organization will be rejected.
When posting photo/video reports of humanitarian delivery on social networks, one is asked to tag the pages @nova.poshta.official (Facebook) and @NPhumanitarian (Facebook).

The program was launched in 2022 in partnership with Ukrainian entrepreneurs in response to the shortage of L-thyroxine medicine during hostilities in Ukraine.
